Arham Construction Ltd.
Focused on residential development in Uttara, Dhaka through practical architectural planning, clear specifications, and attentive customer service.
Designed Around How Families Actually Live
At Arham Construction Ltd., we understand that a residence is more than physical square footage—it is the setting for daily family life. Our approach to residential development centers on practical floor plates, balanced room proportions, and straightforward building operations.
With South View in Uttara Sector 17, we have dedicated each residential storey (1st to 8th floor) to a single 1,550 sq ft three-bedroom residence—giving homeowners a private floor lobby and well-ventilated living spaces.
We recognize that purchasing an apartment is a major financial and personal commitment. Our team takes the time to walk prospective buyers through the architectural floor plans, documented material provisions, and site context clearly and transparently.
