When you submit an enquiry or site-visit request on this website, we collect only the details you provide in the form:

• Your full name and telephone number (required)
• Your email address (optional, if you choose to provide one)
• Selected project (South View), enquiry type, preferred site-visit date/time (interpreted in Asia/Dhaka), and your message
• A one-way salted cryptographic hash of the request IP address and submission timestamp strictly for rate limiting and duplicate-submission protection

2. Why We Use Your Information

We use your submitted details solely to respond to your enquiry, share current South View pricing and specification details, and coordinate requested site visits. We do not enroll visitors in automated marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent enquiry data to third parties.

3. Who Receives It & How It Is Stored

Submitted enquiries are stored in a restricted SQLite database on our application server outside public web directories. Access is restricted to authorized Arham Construction Ltd. personnel via an authenticated private enquiry inbox (and, when outbound email transport is enabled, forwarded to our designated company email address).

4. Cookies & Tracking

Public pages on this website do not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies. An HttpOnly, SameSite session cookie is used solely for authenticated administrators signing into the private enquiry inbox.
